摘要:
为探索适宜口感番茄栽培、促进果实品质提升的椰糠复合基质,以青太郎2号番茄为试材,用以椰糠为主成分的4种基质,即粗椰糠 ∶细椰糠=1 ∶2(T1)、细椰糠 ∶草炭=1 ∶3(T2)、细椰糠 ∶草炭=1 ∶1(T3)、细椰糠 ∶粗椰糠 ∶草炭=1 ∶1 ∶1(T4),以草炭 ∶蛭石 ∶珍珠岩=2 ∶1 ∶1(CK)为对照进行基质栽培,通过测定果实生长和品质指标,研究复合基质对番茄果实品质的影响。结果表明,T4处理的品质指标和果实生长指标最好,维生素C、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量分别提高至对照的1.10、1.20、1.17倍,单果质量较对照提高了12.06%,且鲜味氨基酸、甜味氨基酸和芳香类氨基酸含量是对照的1.38、1.20、1.18倍,经主成分分析,T4处理综合得分最高;初步筛选出可溶性固形物、糖酸比、甜味氨基酸、芳香类氨基酸4个指标,可用于番茄果实品质评价。综上所述,细椰糠 ∶粗椰糠 ∶草炭=1 ∶1 ∶1 (T4)处理的椰糠复合基质显著提高了番茄果实品质和产量,且草炭用量低,可在口感番茄的基质栽培中应用;除常规品质指标外,氨基酸可作为评价口感番茄果实品质的参考指标,得到品质评价方程为Y=0.043+0154X4+0.110X6+0.107X8+0.014X9
