摘要:
粮食安全是我国重要的发展战略，我国粮食产量实现“九连增”，为此也付出了极高的资源代价和环境成本。当前，粮食增产是建立在地下水大量损耗、化肥长期投入的基础上，在一定程度上影响了其他战略农产品的有效供给水平。笔者从农业安全角度对我国粮食安全问题进行再认识，从农产品供给安全、农业生态安全、农业社会安全3个方面讨论了农业安全的内涵，重新思考粮食安全的成本和代价，形成可持续性的农业发展思路，促进粮食安全的真正实现。
