摘要:
为筛选适合海南屯昌地区的苦瓜砧木品种，以引进的7个优良瓜类品种作砧木，以枫木苦瓜作接穗，开展不同砧木嫁接对苦瓜成活率、农艺性状、产量、品质和抗病性的比较试验。结果表明，不同砧木对苦瓜接穗的成活率、产量、可溶性糖、维生素C和抗病性均有一定影响，接穗果实水分含量和可溶性蛋白质含量与实生苗无显著差异。综合性状最优的砧木品种是白籽南瓜，嫁接成活率达94.33%，产量达 58 362.5 kg/hm2，较实生苗(CK)增产27.8%，适合作为枫木苦瓜的嫁接砧木，并可进行推广应用。
