摘要:
对从辽宁省铁岭市烟叶产区分离出来的烟草靶斑病菌进行室内病菌离体试验，采用生长速率法从10种待选原药中选出2种较优试剂进行复配试验，并对复配药剂进行水分散粒剂剂型配方筛选，进而确定最优配比。结果表明，在10种待选原药中，恶霉灵、腐霉利的EC50值分别为0.1266、0.1338 mg/L，防治效果明显优于其他原药；腐霉利和恶霉灵按照4 ∶[KG-*3]6比例复配后增效效果最明显，增效比为4.364 1；对复配配方进行筛选优化，得出最优配方：润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠(3%)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(3%)，分散剂为聚乙二醇(3%)、木质素磺酸钠(3%)，崩解剂为硫酸铵(5%)，载体为硅藻土(补足至100%)；田间药效防治试验表明，50%腐霉利·恶霉灵800倍液防治效果最好，相对防效达到60.03%，可相对控制该病情的进一步发展。
