摘要:

阐述了申请文件在品种权审批中的重要意义，对品种权申请文件中存在的问题进行了剖析，提出了申请人应提高对申请文件重要性认识的建议，为申请人提供提高撰写质量、加快审批进程、缩短获批时间的申请前准备和申请后主动完善等方面的指导。
