摘要:
以树兰茎段为外植体，研究不同植物生长调节物质对其愈伤组织诱导、不定芽增殖及生根培养的影响。结果表明，茎段可同时诱导出愈伤组织、不定芽。愈伤组织诱导以NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 0.4 mg/L 效果最好，愈伤组织诱导率达24.44%；以NAA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 0.2 mg/L对不定芽的诱导效果最好；生根培养以1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+活性炭1.0 g/L+蔗糖25 g/L培养基最佳，生根率达9306%。
