摘要:: 将黄芪多糖、人参茎叶总皂苷、绿原酸、生物碱和黄酮等5种中草药提取物按照一定的比例制成复方添加剂。将其以0(对照组)、0.1%(B1)、0.2%(B2)、0.3%(B3)的比例加入到基础饲料中制成颗粒膨化饲料投喂鲤鱼，研究复方中草药提取物对鲤鱼非特异性免疫及生长性能的影响。结果表明，鲤鱼血清中的过氧化氢酶、溶菌酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性均强于对照组，但是B2组的鲤鱼又显著强于其他3组；饲养后42 d，B1组和B2组鲤鱼体质量均高于对照组。
