摘要:
2008年以来,在武汉市再力花叶片上发现一种病害,该病发病初期为红褐色针尖状圆点,后扩展为圆形、椭圆形或不规则形,病斑中央灰白至灰褐色,斑缘红褐色,外有黄色晕圈,病健交界明显;发病后期病斑进一步扩展联合成大病斑,发病严重的植株,多数叶片布满病斑且干枯死亡,严重影响植株的光合作用和观赏价值。从叶片上分离得到病菌,经柯赫氏法则验证,鉴定该病原菌为链格孢属链格孢菌[Alternaria alternate (Fr.) Keirssler]。该病菌为害再力花引起叶斑病在国内尚属首次报道。
