摘要:
通过在转色期应用不同浓度的ABA处理魏可葡萄果实,研究其对果实着色及品质的影响。结果表明,ABA处理可显著提高葡萄果实的可溶性固形物含量和固酸比,降低可滴定酸含量,提高果实的品质;同时,可显著提高果皮花青苷含量,提高色差a值,降低色差b值和h值,促进果实着色,其中以150 mg/L ABA处理综合效果最优,表明外源ABA对葡萄果实花青苷的累积及提早成熟有特异促进作用。
