摘要:
运用Red重组系统构建E058ΔneuC基因缺失突变株。细菌生长曲线结果,突变株E058ΔneuC比野生株E058的生长速度稍慢。在血清杀菌试验中,与野生株E058相比,E058ΔneuC在血清中的存活率显著下降。体外竞争结果表明,突变株E058ΔneuC毒力被轻度的致弱。体内动态分布试验中,E058ΔneuC突变株在受检脏器中的细菌数较APEC E058株均明显下降,在心、肝、脾、肾中极显著下降,在肺中也极显著下降。结果表明,neuC基因与APEC E058株的致病性有较强关联性。
