摘要:
采用组织分离法、梯度稀释法分离并纯化出天南星根腐病的致病菌,并进行病原菌致病性测定,通过形态学、分子生物学鉴定,确定天南星根腐病的主要致病菌是毛霉属的卷枝毛霉。
