摘要:
采用实验室培养皿生物检测法研究100 g/L黄花草木樨(melilotus officinalis Desr.)水浸提液对黄花草木樨、红三叶(Trifolium pretense L.)、紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L. “Victoria”)、稗草[Echinochloa crusgalli (L.) Beauv.]、山苦荬[Lxeris chinensis (Thunb.) Nakai]、车前草(Plantago asiatica L.)等6种植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感效应,通过春秋2季田间施用黄花草木樨干草粉试验,验证黄花草木樨的田间抑草效果,并与多种常用化学除草剂进行比较。结果表明,黄花草木樨水浸提液能显著影响红三叶、稗草、山苦荬、车前草、黄花草木樨、紫花苜蓿种子的发芽和幼苗生长,具有很强的化感抑草能力,但对不同植物的作用强度存在很大差异,所以在实际应用中要考虑到其化感作用的选择性。黄花草木樨干草粉能显著抑制田间杂草的数量,但其抑草作用持续时间较短,
