摘要:
以耐热甘蓝品种启夏和不耐热甘蓝品种苏甘25号为试材， 研究表油菜素内酯处理对高温胁迫下甘蓝幼苗耐热性相关生理指标的影响。结果表明，高温胁迫下，表油菜素内酯增加了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性，缓解了高温胁迫下MDA和H2O2的积累，增强了甘蓝抗氧化能力，提高了渗透调节物质脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量，有效缓解了高温胁迫对甘蓝幼苗的影响，其中以 0.5 mg/L 表油菜素内酯处理效果较显著。这表明，表油菜素内酯有利于降低高温胁迫对甘蓝幼苗的抑制作用。
