摘要:
将1200羽1日龄健康、体质量接近的黄羽雏鸡,采用基础日粮中分别添加0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%地衣芽孢杆菌的饲料喂养56 d,以探讨饲料中添加地衣芽孢杆菌对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,在0~28日龄和29~56日龄阶段,饲料中添加0.4%地衣芽孢杆菌可以显著提高黄羽肉鸡的日均增质量、降低料肉比(P<005),对采食量影响不显著(P>0.05);28日龄时,饲料中添加0.4%地衣芽孢杆菌的黄羽肉鸡血清中葡萄糖、白蛋白和总蛋白含量显著提高,血清总胆固醇、尿素氮的含量显著降低(P<0.05);56日龄时,各处理组间血清中的葡萄糖、总胆固醇、尿素氮、白蛋白和总蛋白含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。
