摘要:
采用隶属函数分析法筛选鉴定12个茄子品种的耐盐性。以不同来源的12个茄子品种为材料,采用营养液栽培,测定盐胁迫下茄子幼苗的干质量、鲜质量、电导率、根长、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量等指标,进而综合评价耐盐性强弱。结果表明:丹红的隶属函数值均值最大,耐盐性较强,适宜用于开发盐碱地种植,而黑冠早茄、万寿龙等品种的函数值较小,耐盐性较弱,适合种植在碱性较弱的土地。
