摘要:: 为了应用数学的方法来阐明库尔勒香梨成熟规律，建立库尔勒香梨成熟模型，以阿克苏地区库尔勒香梨为研究对象，选取对实际生产加工影响较为显著的果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量(SSC)为研究指标，采集成熟过程中二者的变化数据，应用Excel软件、SigmaPlot 软件和Matlab软件对变化规律进行分析并建立数学模型。结果表明，库尔勒香梨成熟过程主要在花期后有效积温3 000~3 843 ℃阶段进行，并且在该阶段内存在一加速阶段。所建立数学模型可以对该种变化规律进行精确的数学描述，研究结果可为水果的成熟建模提供参考。
