摘要:
以Y两优1号、岳优9113、特优158、金优207、276s/R524等5个水稻杂交组合作为材料,观察并记录水稻根系生长情况,并用TTC还原法测定水稻根系活力,对水稻生长后期产量进行测产,分析水稻根系活力与产量的相关性。结果表明:水稻苗期根数、根长、发根鲜质量与TTC还原值呈完全正相关,根系活力与水稻产量基本呈正相关。
