摘要:
随着农业现代化的发展，科技创新在我国农业发展的过程中起到越来越重要的作用。世界各国在发展农业过程中都相继出台了一系列相关政策与法律来保障农业科技创新的地位，取得了显著成效。与世界发达国家相比，我国科技创新在农业领域的应用还相去甚远。因此，探讨在农业科技创新过程中的立法问题对于推进我国农业现代化发展具有重要的作用。对我国农业科技创新过程中立法问题进行探讨，揭示了目前我国农业科技创新立法过程中存在的问题，并提出对策。
