摘要:
探讨葫芦科作物在游离小孢子培养中(与花粉培养)的优势,阐述游离小孢子培养过程中供体植株基因型、供体植株生理状况、预处理、小孢子发育时期、培养基种类、培养基成分、培养条件等诸多因素的影响,并针对葫芦科蔬菜游离小孢子培养中存在的问题提出后续研究方向。
