摘要:
人工合成的有机化学物质具有化学性质稳定、难以降解、使用范围广、具有一定毒副作用及潜在的致畸致癌性，给人类生产生活相关的土壤环境造成严重影响。目前各个国家都已经采取各种措施，从污染治理等方面进行土壤修复，以减缓对环境的伤害，但是这些修复效果均不明显，且成本较高，还可能造成对环境的二次污染。植物修复技术和微生物修复技术是目前土壤污染治理较廉价和有效的手段之一，但这两者的修复过程都存在一些限制因素。本文论述利用土壤-植物-根际微生物的共存关系进行有机物污染土壤修复的2种方式及其原理，并介绍影响联合修复技术的几个因素，讨论今后植物-微生物联合修复技术的研究重点，以期在今后的研究及实际运用中，利用植物-微生物联合修复技术分别发挥植物、微生物修复的优点，达到联合彻底修复土壤、净化土壤的目的。
