摘要:
为明确戊唑醇防治小麦赤霉病的田间应用技术,感病品种在中等肥力土壤、天气等条件适合小麦赤霉病发生时,比较研究80%戊唑醇可湿性粉剂(WP)不同用药次数及不同施药器械对小麦赤霉病感病品种病害防效、小麦产量及小麦脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)含量的影响。结果表明,戊唑醇防治小麦赤霉病的效果随防治次数增加而提高,同时产量增加 2%~30%,喷施3次药剂处理小麦,DON含量显著低于其他处理。采用电动喷雾器、机动喷雾器于小麦未扬花期喷施药液1次较采用手动喷雾器可显著提高对小麦赤霉病的防效和小麦产量,但对小麦DON含量无明显影响。因此,生产上小麦赤霉病流行年份应用80%戊唑醇WP防治,宜采用电动喷雾器或机动喷雾器于扬花10%、扬花100%各喷药1次,防效理想,具有推广意义。
