摘要:
为了检测不同处理方式对荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)R15在辣椒根部定殖数量和防治辣椒疫病效果的影响，利用重复伤根法、重复伤根接种法、重复浇灌尿素溶液法、重复灌菌液接种法处理接种R15的辣椒苗，测定各个处理组在第一次接种后5~60 d的定殖数量，以及在接种10、25、40、55 d对辣椒疫病的防治效果。结果表明，重复伤根处理对R15菌株的定殖量增加有限；重复伤根接种能使内生细菌的定殖量明显增加，但是多次伤根对植物体造成伤害，植株防治辣椒疫病的能力下降；重复浇灌尿素溶液使内生细菌的定殖量缓慢下降，但是防效提高不显著；重复灌菌液接种能使内生细菌R15在辣椒体内的定殖数量大于105.61CFU/g，防治效果维持在80%~100%之间。因此，生防菌R15的使用方法是在第一次接种后，每隔15~20 d在辣椒根部进行菌液灌根，可以高效防治辣椒疫病。
