摘要:
通过桶栽的方法，研究氮肥不同施用深度［3 cm(T3)、5 cm(T5)、7 cm(T7)、9 cm(T9)、11 cm(T11)］对玉米苗期根系数量、根体积、根干质量、株高、地上部干物质积累量、叶片叶绿素含量和养分吸收的影响，以期为研究氮肥施用深度对玉米苗期植株生长和养分吸收的影响、玉米苗期施用氮肥的方式提供参考。结果表明，氮肥深施可以在一定程度上促进根系干质量、株高增加，并在一定程度上提高地上部干物质积累量与叶片中叶绿素(叶绿素a+叶绿素b)含量，促进养分吸收；玉米根干质量、根体积均在7 cm深度处理达到最大值；玉米苗期随着施肥深度的增加，各处理株高由高到低依次为T7>T9>T5>T11>T3；随着氮肥施用深度的增加，玉米苗期地上部干物质的积累量、叶片中叶绿素(叶绿素a+叶绿素b)含量、叶片和茎中氮、磷、钾含量最高的均为T9处理。综合试验结果可知，氮肥的不同施用深度对玉米苗期植株生长和养分吸收有显著影响，氮肥深施在土层厚度为7～9 cm时的效果最好。
