摘要:
为了提高奶牛体外受精效果,研究了体外成熟卵母细胞在IVF-100、BO、TALP 3种体外受精液中的受精效果,同时比较了裸卵(NOs)与卵丘卵母细胞复合体(COCs)对受精效果的影响。结果显示,体外成熟卵母细胞在受精液IVF-100中的卵裂率显著高于BO液(P<0.05),而TALP液中的卵裂率与IVF-100和BO液的差异都不显著(P>0.05);裸卵(NOs)的卵裂率低于卵丘卵母细胞复合体(COCs),但差异不显著(P>0.05);NOs的囊胚率极显著低于COCs(P<0.01)。不同受精液及有无卵丘细胞对卵母细胞的体外受精效果有明显的影响。
