摘要:
以哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)菌株WY-1为研究对象，采用盆栽方法，测定不同浓度及施用方式对番茄幼苗的促生作用及常见病害的防控效果。结果表明，哈茨木霉菌剂浸种、灌根处理对番茄植株均有较好的促生作用，相对较为适宜的处理浓度为106 CFU/mL；孢子浓度为106 CFU/mL的哈茨木霉菌剂对番茄白粉病、灰霉病、叶霉病均有较好的防治效果，喷药后15 d对白粉病的相对防效为82.15%，对灰霉病、叶霉病喷药后接种、接种后喷药的相对防效分别为77.98%、56.82%和82.66%、72.37%。
