摘要:
以内蒙古赤峰市敖汉旗多年种植玉米田为研究对象，对比研究未覆膜、覆膜1年及连续覆膜4年种植玉米的土壤中线虫的总数、线虫属数和种类组成的差异以及与土壤因子之间的关系。结果表明：各处理共鉴定出土壤线虫36个属，其中拟丽突属(Acrobeloides)在3个处理中均为优势属。未覆膜与覆膜1年处理相比较，土壤因子、线虫总数和线虫属数均无显著差异，但连续覆膜4年后，有61.5%的土壤指标发生了显著的变化，同时土壤线虫总数和线虫属数也发生了显著的变化。根据RDA和CCA排序结果可知，沙粒含量、有机碳含量、全氮含量、全磷含量、阳离子交换量和含水量等土壤因子显著影响了不同处理中的优势属的相对多度。说明土壤线虫群落组成和优势种群的变化能较好地指示土壤环境的变化。
