摘要:
为明确异色瓢虫对甘蓝蚜、豆蚜和烟蚜的控制能力,在室内研究异色瓢虫各龄幼虫和雌雄成虫对3种蚜虫的捕食功能反应。结果表明,异色瓢虫对3种蚜虫的功能反应均符合HollingⅡ模型,经卡方(χ2)检验,其理论捕食量与实际捕食量差异不显著;不同虫态异色瓢虫对3种蚜虫的捕食量存在显著差异,异色瓢虫4龄幼虫对甘蓝蚜、豆蚜和烟蚜具有较强的捕食效能,其日最大捕食量(1/Th)分别为188.68、1 666.67、1 666.67头;异色瓢虫各龄幼虫和雌雄成虫的寻找效应均随猎物密度的增加而逐渐降低,且取食烟蚜和豆蚜的寻找效应大于甘蓝蚜;异色瓢虫各虫态对3种蚜虫的捕食能力大小基本表现为烟蚜>豆蚜>甘蓝蚜。
