摘要:
根据对湖南省南县96家农民专业合作社的实际调查数据，采用需求可识别双变量Probit模型，同时从供给与需求2个方面考察农民专业合作社的信贷约束问题，并与只考虑供给的单方程Probit模型和Tobit模型的估计结果进行比较。结果表明，农民专业合作社未获得信贷既有供给方面的原因，如正规金融机构倾向于向规模较大(财会制度规范、产品有注册商标)、合作社负责人有过政企领导经历、现阶段不存在其他融资负债的合作社进行放贷；也有需求方面的原因，如产品畅销度，产品非常畅销的合作社可能缺乏信贷需求而不是受到信贷配给。
