摘要:
分别从产业链延伸、产业技术创新、标准化生产、中高端消费市场导向等方面阐述了苏州金仓湖农业科技股份有限公司发展湖羊三产融合商业模式的具体措施；随后，基于奥斯特瓦德商业模式9要素模型描述了金仓湖湖羊三产融合商业模式的价值主张、目标消费群、分销渠道、客户关系、资源配置、核心竞争力、合作伙伴网络、成本结构和盈利模式，分析了各要素之间的关系，提出湖羊三产融合商业模式构建的关键是企业增值，核心是产业技术的创新与集成，根本在于产品质量的提高；最后，从促进互联网技术与产业的深度融合、三产融合模式的普适性与特殊性、产业技术的持续创新等方面对湖羊三产融合商业模式的持续、有效运营提出了相关建议。
