摘要:
为阐明克氏原螯虾摄食对沉水植物生长和群落结构的影响，通过室外模拟试验，研究克氏原螯虾摄食对4种沉水植物轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)、篦齿眼子菜(Potamogeton pectinatus)、竹叶眼子菜(Potamogeton malaianus)和苦草(Vallisneria natans)影响。结果表明，克氏原螯虾摄食对沉水植物的生物量有一定影响，试验结束时，对照组中的沉水植物总生物量增加了27.2%，55、75、95 mm螯虾组中的沉水植物总生物量分别下降了0.2%、50.9%、66.9%，沉水植物的生物量随克氏原螯虾体长的增加而降低。克氏原螯虾对轮叶黑藻株高的影响最为明显，对苦草株高的影响较小。不同形态克氏原螯虾均喜食轮叶黑藻，对轮叶黑藻的摄食喜好程度优于篦齿眼子菜和竹叶眼子菜，对苦草的摄食选择性最低。由结果可见，克氏原螯虾的入侵严重地影响沉水植物的群落结构，从而影响水体生态系统功能，应加强对其种群动态的监测，采取相应措施控制其危害。
