选取浙江省嘉兴市农业科学研究院连续8年施用猪粪有机肥的稻田剖面(0~60 cm)土壤,研究施用有机肥对稻田土壤胶体含量、赋存形态及胶体磷分布的影响。将剖面土壤分为0~5、5~20、20~40、40~60 cm 4层,通过振荡→离心→微滤→超滤等步骤获取土壤胶体颗粒(1 nm~1 μm),并利用傅里叶红外(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜能谱(SEM-EDS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等技术对分离的土壤胶体颗粒进行表征分析,同时测定各层土壤胶体磷的含量。结果表明,施用有机肥显著增加了深层土壤胶体颗粒的含量,在40~60 cm土层,高(M3)、中(M2)、低(M1)3种处理的土壤胶体含量分别是不施肥处理(CK)的1.51、1.38、1.33倍。施有机肥增加了0~20 cm土层土壤胶体颗粒多水高岭石和白云母晶体矿物的含量。在各层土壤样品中,溶解磷和胶体磷的含量随有机肥施用量的增加而增加;在20 cm土层深度下,胶体磷的含量高于溶解磷含量。
