摘要:
从废弃农药厂周边土壤中分离筛选得到1株以氟环唑为唯一碳源的降解菌，命名为F1。经过对菌落菌体的形态观察、16S rRNA序列相似性及系统发育分析，初步鉴定其为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.)菌株，其亲缘关系与昆明假单胞菌(Pseudomonas kunmingensis)最近。进一步优化F1降解氟环唑的条件，结果表明，氟环唑初始浓度为 20 mg/L、温度为30 ℃、pH值为7.0时，菌株降解氟环唑的效果最佳。在最佳条件下，接入菌悬液使无机盐液体培养基在600 nm处的吸光度(D600 nm)为0.1，培养4 d后，菌株达到生长高峰，培养6 d时氟环唑降解率达90.4%。研究还发现，增加接菌量能明显提高F1对氟环唑的降解效率。
