摘要:
为了减少氮肥的施用,达到肥料科学使用的目的。试验设7个处理:常规氮肥无有机肥(CK);常规氮肥+有机肥(F1H0);氮肥减量30%+有机肥增加20%(F3H0);氮肥减量60%+有机肥增加40%(F5H0);在处理F1H0、F3H0、F5H0中添加生物炭,记为处理F1H1、F3H1、F5H1,研究在添加生物炭之后氮肥与有机肥配施对大蒜养分吸收利用及品质的影响。研究结果表明,在氮肥减量60%+有机肥增加40%基础上添加生物炭,大蒜植株氮磷钾积累量以及肥料利用率都高于CK及没有添加生物炭的处理,同时提高大蒜鳞茎及蒜薹中的游离氨基酸含量、可溶性糖及蔗糖含量,降低硝酸盐含量,表明添加生物炭可以提高大蒜的品质,提高肥料利用率,促进大蒜植株生长,增加大蒜植株各部位氮磷钾含量的积累。
