摘要:
将沼液用于水产养殖已在生产实践中取得了良好的成效，但沼液施用过程中对水体环境及鱼品质的影响有待研究阐明。通过大塘沼液养鱼试验，考察了沼液施用对池塘水质指标、池塘底泥以及鱼肉品质的影响。结果表明，与对照相比，沼液养殖池塘水中的溶解氧含量提高，氨氮、总磷含量有所上升但未超过相关国家标准，化学需氧量(COD)比对照组高，添加沼液池塘重金属含量和对照塘无明显差异，都存在部分重金属超标；池塘底泥中有机质、全氮、总磷含量有所增加，重金属含量处于中度污染水平；施用沼液增加了鱼产量，添加沼液后鱼的品质与对照鱼差异不大，鱼肉重金属含量未超标。
