摘要:
为筛选出坝上地区最优灌水施氮方式,降低当地水肥资源投入。试验参考传统种植方式下马铃薯水肥用量(灌水量1 125 m3/hm2,施肥量270 kg/hm2),将此水肥施用量设置为对照(W100F100)。其次在添加土壤调理剂(P)条件下设置灌水量(1 125 m3/hm2,W100;956.25 m3/hm2,W85;787.5 m3/hm2,W70)和施肥量(270 kg/hm2,F100;229.5 kg/hm2,F85;189 kg/hm2,F70)2因素试验,分析其对土壤水分氮素含量、根系结构以及马铃薯产量、品质和水氮利用的变化特征。结果表明:与W100F100处理相比,PW100F100处理的土壤含水量、土壤全氮含量、土壤铵态氮含量、根长、根体积、根表面积、各器官(根、茎、叶)的干物质量和全氮含量以及品质(蛋白质和可溶性糖含量)均有显著提高,然而对马铃薯产量、氮肥偏生产力和灌溉水分利用率提升效果并不显著。不同减水减氮添加调理剂措施对土壤硝态氮、马铃薯养分吸收和品质有较大的影响。与W100F100处理相比,PW100F85、PW100F70、PW85F100、PW85F85、PW85F70、PW70F100 和PW70F85处理的硝态氮含量分别增加了284.23%、285.06%、79.25%、438.17%、401.24%、181.74%和380.50%(P<0.05);PW70F100、PW70F85和PW70F70处理的可溶性糖和根全氮含量,以及PW100F85、PW100F70、PW85F100和PW85F85处理的蛋白质和叶全氮含量均有显著提升。不同减水减氮添加调理剂对马铃薯的氮肥偏生产力和灌溉水分利用率也有一定提升,其中灌溉水分利用率以PW70F100和PW70F85处理的效果最为显著。结合主成分分析表明,PW70F85 处理可以作为坝上地区比较合理的节水减氮方式。
