摘要:
为明确云南省昆明市西洋杜鹃叶斑病病原菌的分类地位、生物学特性及其有效防控药剂,以西洋杜鹃叶斑病病叶为试验材料,采用组织分离法分离病原菌,通过柯赫氏法则验证其致病性,联合形态学与多基因序列(ITS、TEF-1、TUB2)分析鉴定病原菌种类,并对其主要生物学特性进行测定。采用菌丝生长速率法分析5种药剂对病原菌的抑制效果。结果表明,从云南省西洋杜鹃叶斑病病叶组织中分离得到1种致病菌,将其回接到健康植株上,接种后的叶片病症较为明显,叶片生成黄褐色病斑,严重时脱落,与田间症状一致。结合形态学特征和多基因系统发育分析结果将其鉴定为棒孢新拟盘多毛孢(Neopestalotiopsis clavispora)。该病原菌菌丝体生长的最适温度为25 ℃,最适pH值为7,甘露醇和蛋白胨分别为其最适碳源、氮源;在供试的5种化学药剂中,苯醚甲环唑的抑菌效果较好,EC50为 0.020 0 mg/mL。
