摘要:
为评估厨余垃圾来源制成的有机肥(KOF)对植物生长和土壤肥力的影响,试验选用KOF、普通商品有机肥(COF)和玉米为材料进行种子萌发和盆栽试验,研究了2种有机肥对玉米萌发和生长及土壤肥力的影响。结果表明,添加COF浸提液(EC)和KOF的浸提液(EK)对玉米种子萌发无显著影响,并增加了玉米幼苗鲜重、根长、株高;相同浓度下,EK和EC处理的上述指标大多无显著差异,但1 000 mg/L EK处理的玉米根长显著高于EC。与纯水浸种的玉米相比,[JP2]用EC浸种后的玉米叶片丙二醛含量显著升高,过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性增强,但过氧化物酶活性降低;用EK浸种的玉米丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性无显著变化,而超氧化物歧化酶活性显著增强。盆栽试验中,常规和1.5倍用量KOF均能显著提高玉米地径、株高、生物量、养分吸收量和叶绿素含量,增强根系活力;常规用量COF处理时有类似现象,但1.5倍用量COF处理会降低玉米根系活力和株高。施用2种有机肥后,土壤pH值、碱解氮含量、有效磷含量、电导率、可溶性盐含量以及多种水解酶活性均有不同程度提高;并且,同等用量下,COF处理的电导率和可溶性盐含量均高于KOF处理。综上,KOF对玉米的萌发及生长均无不良影响,且能促进玉米生长及养分吸收,并优于COF;它还能提高土壤pH值和养分含量,增强碳、氮和磷转化的相关水解酶活性,与COF功能相似。
