摘要:
研究了止痢草提取物、茶树油提取物、麝香草酚和香芹酚制剂、肉桂醛和辣椒素制剂对肉鸡的消化酶活性及生产性能的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)将基础日粮中的抗生素分别用止痢草提取物、茶树油提取物、麝香草酚和香芹酚制剂、肉桂醛和辣椒素制剂替换。试验从1日龄开始,试验期为42 d。结果表明,21日龄时,茶树油提取物组的十二指肠胰蛋白酶活性显著高于抗生素组和其他试验组(P<0.05),淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性各组无显著差异;42日龄时,麝香草酚和香芹酚制剂组的十二指肠淀粉酶活性显著高于抗生素组(P<0.05),胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性各组无显著差异。各组胰脏消化酶活性和生长性能指标无显著差异。一定水平的止痢草提取物、茶树油提取物、麝香草酚和香芹酚制剂、肉桂醛和辣椒素制剂可以替代常规抗生素应用于肉鸡生产。
