摘要:
为了获得和利用具有较高抗氧化活性的植物内生真菌资源,在菌种筛选的基础上,采用碘量法、铁氰化钾还原力测定法、光照核黄素体系法、分光光度法、亚甲蓝光度法和Folin-Ciocalteu法研究了分离自1株青檀内生真菌发酵液提取物的抗氧化作用。结果表明,该菌发酵液提取物的总抗氧化活性及稳定性优于芸香苷,10 d的过氧化值达到8.13 mEq/kg;0.1 mg/mL浓度下的还原力吸光度最大,为0.152,0.5 mg/mL浓度下的超氧阴离子自由基清除率为50.6%;0.1 mg/mL浓度下的DPPH自由基清除率为86.0%;2.5 mg/mL浓度下的羟基自由基清除率为47.9%。该菌的多酚含量为116.11 mg/g,且是其主要的抗氧化活性成分,该菌被鉴定为真菌球毛壳,说明这种真菌具有开发抗氧化活性物质的潜力。
