摘要:
绿豆象是小豆的主要仓储害虫之一,对小豆生产和贮藏影响很大。筛选抗绿豆象种质资源是抗绿豆象小豆新品种选育的基础。本研究对120份小豆和20份饭豆资源进行抗绿豆象筛选鉴定,得到了抗绿豆象饭豆资源1份(Tr001)和抗绿豆象小豆资源4份(泰抗1号、泰抗2号、泰抗3号、泰抗4号)。将筛选得到的抗绿豆象饭豆资源与不抗绿豆象小豆Y001进行杂交和回交,获得了对绿豆象具有抗性的小豆新株系。
