摘要:
通过正交试验优化了南京雨花茶的提取工艺,结果表明用乙醇浸提法提取南京雨花茶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为浸提温度80 ℃、料液比1 g ∶30 mL、乙醇浓度70%、浸提时间2.5 h。通过DPPH自由基清除试验研究了雨花茶总黄酮的抗氧化活性,结果表明雨花茶黄酮具有一定的抗氧化活性,且随着浓度升高,抗氧化性能增强。
