摘要:
一些发达国家在 20 世纪 60 年代前后就成功地实现了由传统农业向现代农业的转化，一些发展中国家在最近几十年加快了传统农业改造，大力发展现代农业，并取得了丰硕的成果。国内外的实践表明，农业现代化是农业发展的一种趋势，尤其对具有优势农业资源的县域经济来说，更是一条必由之路。根据变化了的环境，依托县域资源禀赋，创立现代农业生产方式，建立现代农业组织管理制度，激发新的经济增长活力，对于提升县域经济、促进县域农业的可持续发展、加速农业的现代化进程都具有重要意义。
