摘要:
介绍了一种水稻纹枯病的接种方法。与常规接种方法相比,该方法主要步骤是将水稻纹枯病的PSA菌碟或菌核直接放入水稻叶鞘中,操作简单、有效,而且发病速度快,受环境条件影响小,可重复性强。
