摘要:
中华红叶杨外植体在固体培养过程中褐变严重,因此针对培养基的pH值、无机盐浓度、培养基硬度、蔗糖浓度及活性炭添加量进行试验。结果表明:在一定pH值范围(5.0~6.5)内,pH值越低,褐化率越低;无机盐浓度低,褐化率低;在琼脂浓度为5.0~6.5 g/L时,琼脂浓度越高,培养基越硬,褐化率越低;低蔗糖浓度有利于降低褐化率;活性炭对褐化率的影响与添加量有关,适宜的添加量有利于降低褐化率。
