摘要:
为明确甜高粱茎秆的含糖量积累规律,应用液相色谱法,测定了12个品种的甜高粱茎秆在不同生长时期的总糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖含量。结果表明:蔗糖含量是影响总糖含量变化的主要因素;茎秆中果糖含量与葡萄糖含量具有显著正相关(R=0.82,P<0.01),果糖与蔗糖无显著相关性,葡萄糖与蔗糖呈正相关(R=0.341,P<0.05);在生长最旺盛的拔节期,蔗糖含量是整个生长发育时期中的最低值,成熟期蔗糖含量达到最高峰,说明生长发育前期,蔗糖主要被分解用于甜高粱的快速生长,而生长后期被用来存储积累。
