摘要:
为充分利用麦草资源,降低利用麦草制木糖成本,对麦草甲酸-盐酸水解残渣制备活性炭的条件进行探讨。结果表明,以麦草甲酸-盐酸水解残渣为原料制备活性炭,较佳的活化条件为:活化温度800 ℃,活化时间0.5 h,此时活性炭的得率为32.09%,脱色力为16 mL亚甲基蓝,其脱色效果与外购活性炭基本相当,可以用于对木糖水解液的预脱色。
