摘要:
通过RT-PCR技术克隆牦牛SLC25A6基因的cDNA序列,并利用DNAMAN、MAGA 6、SWISS-MODEL、ExPASy 等生物信息学软件系统对其进行分析。结果表明,扩增出的牦牛SLC25A6基因的编码区长897 bp,编码298个氨基酸;与普通牛、绵羊和人的相应基因核苷酸序列进行比对,序列一致性分别为99.33%、98.22%、91.86%;其编码蛋白分子量为32.821 ku,含多个修饰位点。
