摘要:
以2个牡丹品种洛阳红和凤丹白为试验材料,测定花期花瓣中含水量、可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉和可溶性蛋白含量的变化,结果表明,在花期进程中,洛阳红和凤丹白含水量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性淀粉含量和可溶性蛋白含量峰值出现的早晚与其花期早晚相一致,可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉和可溶性蛋白含量高低与其花期长短相一致,这表明牡丹花瓣生理生化特性与花期早晚和花期长短一致。
