摘要:
阐述了基因工程技术在杨树抗逆遗传改良方面的应用,总结了转基因杨树抗病虫、抗旱、耐盐以及在环境修复中取得的研究成果,讨论了基因工程技术在杨树抗逆方面存在的问题。杨树因长速快、产量高、基因组小等特点,具有较高的经济价值和生态效益,同时也是林木遗传改良的模式树种。尽管对杨树抗逆遗传改良进行了相关研究,但有关外源基因提高杨树抗逆性的机理和应用仍有待进一步深入研究。挖掘新的抗逆基因、培育具有抗性的杨树新品种仍将是今后的研究重点。
