摘要:
以青海高寒地区分布范围广、种植面积大、饲用价值较高的燕麦为对象,对其附着乳酸菌进行分离、鉴定,发现适合青海地区人工种植燕麦青贮的乳酸菌包括B74(植物乳杆菌)、B101(植物乳杆菌)、GC10(植物乳杆菌)、R2(干酪乳杆菌)、HT4(片球菌)、PP(片球菌)、D1404(粪产球菌或戊糖片球菌)。
